As a Certified Lactation Counselor (CLC) and Certified Breastfeeding Educator (CBE) serving the Northeast Florida area, I’m proud to partner with local birth & postpartum care providers to offer in-office Breastfeeding 101 classes. I also provide private virtual sessions and personalized in-home classes to meet families wherever they feel most comfortable.

Breastfeeding 101 is the longest-running breastfeeding class in Northeast Florida and is designed for expectant parents who are considering or planning to breastfeed, pump and/or bottle feed their baby. This comprehensive, evidence-based, and judgment-free course equips families with practical knowledge, confidence, and realistic expectations for their infant feeding journey!
