Before baby arrives, feeding them seems like a no-brainer. But as many new mothers can attest, it can quickly turn into a stressful and isolating time. Whether this is your first baby or your fourth, every mother that plans to breastfeed can benefit from the support of a lactation consultant. According to the CDC, 60% of mothers do not breastfeed for as long as they intend to due to a number of issues including lack of information or support.

As a Certified Lactation Counselor I offer a number of support options tailored to your specific needs in a non-judgmental and considerate environment.  I am available for phone consultations/support, in-hospital or in-home visits. Together we can develop a comprehensive plan that’s right for you and your family.

Pricing is as follows:

Prenatal in-home lactation visit (1 hour): $150.00

In-home lactation visit (2 hours) : $200.00 for first visit plus phone support. Follow up visits will be charged at a rate of $100 a visit.

In-hospital visit (2 hours): $300.00 for first visit, plus one (1) in-home follow up visit. Any other visit after that will be charged at a rate of $100 a visit.

In-person breast pump flange fitting only (1 hour) : $100 for first visit. Follow up visits will be charged at a rate of $75 a visit.

A $50 travel fee will be added for any client living outside of Duval County.
